3rd/4th Graders Battle St. Dan's 4th Graders in Basketball

The St. Joseph Knights 3rd/4th grade team squared off against the undefeated St. Daniel the Prophet 4th grade "gold" team on the basketball court this afternoon at Hale Park, losing a hard-fought contest, 12-5.

The Knights played impressive and tenacious defense through most of the game. At the half, St. Dan's held just a one-point edge.

The Knights' next game at Hale is Saturday, January 28, when they will square off against the St. Dan's third graders. Tip-off is at 1:10 p.m.

In earlier action today at Hale, the St. Dan's fourth grade "white" team cruised to a 13-1 rout of the St. Dan's third graders.
